2022 Chardonnay

Slashing the 90’s stigma of Australian Chardonnay this wine has zingy acid and a vibrancy that keeps you topping up your glass.  This Chardonnay is generous and rich on the front palate. Melon, white peach, and honeysuckle fill your mouth making you wonder where your crayfish is. It holds gentle structure and has a crisp lively finish.

Machine harvested. A blend of free run and pressings juice. Cool ferment in stainless steel, followed by maturation in tank on light lees for 4months.
