2021 Sunset Red

Ruby red in colour with plum and red berry aromas. This wine has a rich palate with up front confectionary characters layered with cherry ripe and red tamarillo. Well balanced sweetness provides a generous and succulent palate with a lovely long lingering finish. Drink chilled and enjoy this appealing festive wine.

100% Cabernet Franc. Saignee method was used to extract the juice for this wine. Cool ferment in stainless steel tank. Ferment was arrested early to retain natural residual sugar.
