2022 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

This SBS is powerfully aromatic. Herbaceous grassy characters fill the bouquet followed by tropical fruits of pineapple that transport you to Nanarup beach on a summers day. The fruitful front palate is followed by a long linear structure, refreshing lemon zest characters on the end finish this wine off cleanly.

60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon, blended post ferment. Machine Harvested. Pressings were fined and then blended back into the free run. Juice underwent a cool ferment in stainless steel, followed by maturation in tank on light lees for 4 months.
