2021 Mulberry Block Chardonnay

A traditional cool climate Chardonnay with fruit from our estate grown 22-year-old vines. Nectarine, toasted cashew and buttery notes create a rich flavoursome and round palate with a gentle natural acidity providing a fresh clean finish. Delicious.

Machine harvested Chardonnay fruit was pressed to tank for solids flotation before being racked to French oak barrels for fermentation with light solids included. 23% New oak inclusion. Maturation for 10 months on lees.
