2020 Sunset White

A light-hearted wine to enjoy every day of the week. Lifted aromas of fresh nectarine and melon characters with subtle herbaceous notes. The rich and juicy palate has balanced sweetness and the natural acidity ensures the finish is crisp and clean.

60% Sauvignon Blanc, 24% Chardonnay and 16% Semillon. Consisting primarily of the medium pressing fractions, the juice was blended before undergoing a cool ferment in stainless steel. The ferment was arrested early to retain natural residual sugar.
