2021 Pinot Noir

Burgundian in style, let this wine take you to France. Mid red in colour, distinct fresh Pinot Noir aromas of strawberries and cream that are complemented by subtle French oak giving savoury complexity. Creamy texture that carries the length of the palate. A complete Pinot which will complement most meals and cellar well for the next eight years.

Sourced from a vineyard in Mount Barker. Fruit was crushed and destemmed to an open red fermenter for fermentation. Underwent two plunges daily until complete. Pressed to tank and allowed to settle before transfer to French oak with light lees. Matured in oak for 9 months, 18% new.
