A refined and delightfully poised medium-bodied cabernet displaying many of the attractive features of a cool climate in a cooler season. Lift of red berry and muted blackcurrant with a little chocolatey mulberry nuanced complexity. A stylish wine for medium-term cellaring.

Winemaking:
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Machine-harvested fruit. Crushed and destemmed to a stainless steel fermenter, fermented with inoculated yeast. 12 days on skins before being pressed to French oak (27% new). 15 months of barrel maturation.
