2022 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc, planted in 1997. We sourced Semillon from the Two People’s Bay vineyard in Nanarup.

Herbaceous grassy characters followed by tropical pineapple, this wine smells like summer. Honeydew melon and beeswax on the palate. This wine is both refreshing and moreish, at the same time.

Machine harvested, 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon, blended post-ferment. Pressings were fined and then blended back into the free run. Juice underwent a cool ferment in stainless steel, followed by maturation in tank on light lees for 4 months.
