This is a very tidy little sparkling wine from this Albany-based producer. The aroma shows a degree of intensity with a creamy, brioche-like stone fruit character. The palate displays a seamless, harmonious combination of subtle stone fruit and brioche crusty bread with a subtle nuttiness. A little citrus tang lifts the finish.

Campbell Mattinson
This is a refreshing sparkling wine with lemon, strawberry, cream, and sugared croissant characters running throughout. What gives it an extra hit, though, is a burst of (not bitter) grapefruit flavour, coupled to chalk and lemon sorbet-like notes. It works nicely. And it all feels super fresh. Come top-up time, you’d be pushing your glass forward for more.
