Netwiz is an innovative tool we use at Monty’s Leap to streamline the process of deploying and retrieving nets over our vineyards.
This essential device not only makes the job easier but also adds a bit of fun—thanks to its vibrant yellow color, it’s affectionately nicknamed ‘Bumblebee’ by my granddaughter, reminiscent of the yellow transformer.
Netwiz is crucial for protecting our vines efficiently, ensuring that our grapes reach their full potential safely and securely.
The Role of French Oak in Chardonnay Fermentation
At Monty’s Leap, we take great care in the fermentation of our Chardonnay, and one of the key elements in this process is the use of French oak.
