Meet Bryn Franzinelli, one of our most dedicated team members.
Starting straight from Great Southern Grammar School, on a home economics teacher’s recommendation, Bryn has grown immensely.
He has gone all the way through his apprentice training and has now qualified, and we’re very proud of him!
Now a key part of our kitchen Bryn holds significant responsibility. His journey of determination and success is truly inspiring.
His story exemplifies the spirit of perseverance and achievement at Monty’s Leap.

Aerial Wonders of Our Vineyard!
Take a bird’s-eye view of our vineyard where the magic of viticulture meets the science of geography.
Notice the variations in soil types and vine colors, indicating diverse grape varieties and the unique terrain shaped by the ancient Kalgan River.
This river helps create a microclimate that enhances the growth and flavor profile of our grapes, reflecting the natural beauty and complexity of our vineyard.
End of Year Reflection As 2024 comes to a close, we reflect on a year of growth, challenges, and successes.
