This time of the year grapevines enter their dormancy phase. This is when they rest and rejuvenate before the first leaves and fruits flourish in the following spring. This dormant time, when the vines are bare, is the ideal time to prune grape vines of old wood and old canes to encourage strong and organised new growth in spring. An exciting time as it represents the start of the 2023 vintage!

Mid red in colour, distinct fresh Pinot Noir aromas of strawberries and cream that are complemented by subtle French oak giving savoury complexity.
